I felt real comfortable during the interview process. Very easy going. I loved how I received honest feedback right there during the process. The mock lesson was my favorite part of the interview.

The interview process was simple. It started with a get-to-know-you phone call from the principal. I was relocating to the area so the rest of my interview was via zoom. I taught a mini-reading lesson and then had a traditional interview with the principal and a few other faculty.
