The interview process included four stages: HR interview Take-home technical assignment Technical discussion with team members about the submitted solution Final technical + team fit interview The take-home assignment was practical and relevant to the role, allowing candidates to demonstrate full-stack development skills in a realistic scenario. The follow-up discussion focused on architecture decisions, technology choices, and understanding of the implementation.

I had a short but pleasant interview. The interviewer was friendly and asked me personal and reflective questions, such as whether I had been in a youth movement, how people around me would describe me, and what my strengths and weaknesses are. We also discussed my future plans. The conversation felt more like an open discussion rather than a formal evaluation, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience.
