Phone interview initially, then went in for a face-to-face interview with my soon to be manager, and two other department managers. Typical interview questions, work schedule, work experience, etc. Interview finishes off with a quick meeting with the CEO himself.

There was a phone interview that accessed your background. The second interview was another background interview and discussion of the position. The company never got back to me after the second interview, extremely unprofessional. Don't work here!!!
