I submitted a resume, did a phone interview with HR. Then I received a call inviting me to an in-person interview with HR and the Manager over the department. They told me about the company, asked me questions, showed me around. It was clear they wanted it to be a "win-win", wanted me to make an informed decision if this was a good fit for me and if it was a good fit for them.
