I had two interviews with the development team, the first was to answer questions about Java and Spring Framework. The second was a whiteboard, asking me to describe how I would create a system for monitoring automotive insurance. I got upset because they assured me they would make an offer, but after several weeks of waiting, I got a message saying the company would freeze the hiring process because another project was canceled. If you're not sure, don't say something is guaranteed. I gave up on another hiring process for nothing.
