Easy. If you get a callback, you're pretty much hired. All the interviewers are mountain folk, just like most of the applicants. As long as you're not a complete jerk, I'd say you have a pretty good chance at a job.

they called to set up time... interview took 20 minutes, two people were present to interview me. They asked about my experience then described the job I would be doing, then asked if I had any questions and if I was available for weekends and holidays. Everything was done very "a matter of fact" and fast-paced. They called me about a week later and offered me a position. I enjoyed my experience overall
