I got in touch via the live chat on the site and asked if any roles were currently open. They were, and I then sent my CV and a cover letter explaining why I'd be great for the Expansion Team role.
The next day I had a Skype interview with one of the Founders. This was very informal and more about me as an individual: my interests, hobbies, and job experience. Lasted less than 30 minutes.
After this I was invited for a face-to-face interview in London with the CEO and a Co-Founder. No suit required!
In preparation for the interview I was asked to find a range of small scale independent adventure companies in Europe that I thought would be great additions to the site.
In the interview I then presented these companies + experiences, and took questions from the CEO and Co-Founder about why I'd chosen them. We then moved on to a more open discussion of why I wanted the role, what I liked about the company, and why I'd be a great fit in the role.
The following day I was offered the job, and I started a week later.
