Interview
Standard interview with store manager and regional manager. Comfortable setting, mostly seeing if it's a cultural fit with their company. Very casual and nothing unusual. With such a small staff per store, it's mostly about personality and fit. If your background fits the position, it should be a very easy interview.

Interview
The recruiters at the home office were super communicative and detailed. They provided so much information about the position and the process, and followed up via phone to tell me there were still decisions being made and not to get discouraged. The initial interview was Zoom with a recruiter, second was in person. They had me talk to the Store Manager and District Manager, and take time to talk to the associates. The store workers were lovely but maybe felt out of place talking to an interviewee. The manager had her dog there in the interview room which was incredibly distracting. Got a call the next business day with the rejection, but was asked if I could be kept in mind for other positions. Got some feedback on the why of the rejection.
