Interview
The interview consists of one-round phone interview. They set up a technician to talk with you over topics like core java, design pattern, some algorithm questions, and your software development skills in general. The whole interview process was not too intense, as they are not trying to push to see your current skill set, but rather see how well you can adapt to company's culture.

It is a joke. they give you a pdf that is helpful. Go over basic OOP and Java/ .net/ sql questions. one phone call interview only. Lasted 15 min. strings, classes and interfaces, exceptions, sql. Dove right into the technical questions..didn't even care about my answer to 'tell me about yourself?'

it was easy and smooth, questions about my resume and some technical questions, I was first approached by company's secretary. she arranged a technical interview for me. I was contacted by one of their engineers, questions were mostly about my CS background and then some technical questions about what I was supposed to learn from their booklet
