Interview
Hiring takes forever after application for entry level. Initial round of interviews is granted to randomly selected individuals that meet criteria as so many applications are received. Glassdoor won't even allow me to say the process was over a year - so I put the longest time available but the process was even longer than twelve months.
Long and and arduous. Required a lottery to be considered. Multiple rounds. Unclear direct connection to page role. Seems like a general interview for library entry roles. Recommend you go in with a try and see mindset.
