Interview
After handing in your application you will have to pass an online assessment. Only then your CV will be sent over to HR. The teams which are interested in your profile will then contact you for a first get to know each other over a video call. In one call I talked with the head of section, in the other call the head of section and a senior were together. Afterwards they decide if they want to meet you in person. After the in person interview you will have to decide which team you would rather join and then you will have to pass the HR Assessment center (which is just online and 2-3 hours so it's the easiest part :) )
