Interview
Monday Email my application and was contacted the next day to schedule an interview appointment. Attend the interview on Wednesday. When I got there, I had to fill out the application again and submit it with my Resume and CV. Took the skills test. The skills test contains 4 four section (Email technique, Basic Math, Customer Service and Basic Bank policy questions). After passing the skills test, I met with the HR generalist for the interview. The next thursday I got the interview with assistant mangers. The following week I was ask to take a drug test and the week after I was ask to clarify some information on my Credit report. After which I was offered the position.

Interview
Interviewer was engaging and it made it easy to communicate with her. She did not seem as rigid as other interviewers. The whole interview took longer than I expected though but it was a good experience in the end.
