My former boss was a classmate from the master degree so I met him there. By the end of our studies, I gave him my resume and talk to him about the things I knew and how I was a very good asset for his department.
A month later after having the first interview, I was requested to go to the office to have another interview with him and his boss. The interview was smooth, relaxed and we formed a bond of confidence and friendship. Both my former boss and his boss were very kind.
