Direct and technical, asked a lot about CV so be familiar with the CV. The partner asked for my earliest availability and my past experiences so as to my future plannings within 5 years, the interviewer remained professional and I did get a job offer.

took a bit longer than a regular interview and it was not a written test but more revolving your academic journey and career progression.
It was not very stressful and I got offered a position during the interview
