      Talent Acquisition Specialist Interview

      1 May 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Murphy Geospatial (London, England) in Mar 2024

      Interview

Two video interviews, both with the same recruiter and then a different member of HR. The recruiter was really nice. Communication had been good but after waiting a while longer than I'd been told, was sent a non-personalised rejection email like you get after only applying to a job. So no feedback. When I applied for the role it was advertised in London, at the end of the first interview was told office had moved outside of Watford. No driving license mentioned. The day before my second interview a new ad was up saying driving licence preferred, and they asked in my interview, to which I said no. Felt unorganised and waste of time.
