Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you feel so negatively about your experience. Our team tries incredibly hard to be transparent in our communication and respectful of a candidate's time. We have a structured assessment that all of our candidates move through, and at any point when our team has made a decision about a candidate’s qualification, we prefer to honestly let them know, rather than waste their time on further steps. I’m sorry you found frustration in our process and were upset by the outcome or its timing, but we can only move forward with candidates who will be the best fit for the positions available on our team.
