      Interview

The interview process spanned approximately three weeks. The initial screening/interview was positive, featuring an engaging and energetic recruiter. This phase involved actively participating in a simulation to experience its immersive nature. However, the second interview presented a contrasting experience. It involved three members, all of whom appeared low-energy and disinterested. Engaging in meaningful conversation was challenging within such an atmosphere.
