The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round included both HR and the hiring manager, although all of the questions were asked by the hiring manager and focused on behavioral topics.
The second round was a presentation based on a dataset they provided. Unfortunately, only one of the two interviewers attended the scheduled interview. They were unsure whether they could proceed without the other interviewer, so the interview had to be rescheduled. I had specifically requested that the rescheduled interview take place after a certain time, but that preference was not accommodated.
Additionally, the presentation brief was very minimal—essentially a one-line instruction—and did not clarify that the assessment was expected to be more business-focused than technical. As a result, the expectations were not clear, making it difficult to prepare appropriately. Overall, the interview process felt somewhat disorganized, and it was not a particularly positive experience.
