Easy online interview. Questions were basic interview questions like tell me about yourself, long term goals, and what days you want to work. Would you add on a walk in patient. How many patients per hour. Quick response after the interview.
The interview process was seamless and laid back. The interviewer was great and very friendly. She answered all my questions and explained all the benefits that are offered. That is all.

Basic interview overall. More so a personality type of interview that I’m sure most ODs would pass. Nothing clinical was asked whatsoever. Honestly I can’t imagine anyone would be declined an offer
