After completing the application, I was contacted to fill out a short survey for the company to get to know me a little better. I then had an online interview with the People Engagement Specialist and Creative Design Manager. I was selected to a second online interview with the Senior Director of Marketing who would be the Manager for the role. Last, I was selected for a third and last interview at the MyLand office with the Senior Director of Marketing and company President.
