The Team Manager contacted me via phone call a few days after I submitted my resume and we scheduled an interview within a week. The first interview started with talking to the manager about technical skills and work-related experiences. She later brought in two other colleagues in the team to talk about work styles and more life experiences, which was a really good way to meet potential future colleagues.
The second interview was scheduled around a week after the first interview, which was with the team manager and the department director. This interview was mainly about my perspectives on a start-up company, my ideal supervisor, and the types of people that I had trouble working with.
Overall, the interview process was very efficient and pleasant. The two interviews provided a lot of information about the company, which was very helpful to me when making decisions. After working in the company for three months, I can confidently say that all the information the employees provided was true.
