Really simple interview and interview process. Came in and basic went over my work history, interest, and to gage my level of independent motivation, team work ability, and work ethic.
I interviewed here several years ago, so I can only speak from how it was back then. From what I recall, the interview was quick and easy. I never had prior real estate or sales experience and was hired as an agent.
