Unfortunately, my experience with this company fully matched the negative reputation they already have.
From the start, communication was poor and unprofessional. Promises were made but not kept, timelines were unclear, and accountability was almost nonexistent. Whenever issues were raised, they were either ignored or deflected instead of being properly addressed.
What’s most disappointing is that this doesn’t feel like an isolated incident—it reflects a deeper problem in how the company operates. There seems to be a lack of respect for clients, transparency, and basic professional standards.
I would strongly advise anyone considering working with this company to do thorough research first and manage expectations carefully. There are far better options out there that value professionalism and integrity.

Interview
I went through an interview and a test that consisted in creating a character and preparing a full animatic for a product, both following some specific guidelines to complete in one week.
I was not offered the position I was applying to, but instead they offered me another position with a salary way below european standards, considering the clients they work with (12 eu x hour / 1400 eu x month). I was even told they would contact me to work as a freelancer, but it never happend. A total waste of time :(

Es war ein sehr umfangreiches Gespräch. Es wurden alle Kernkompetenzen erfragt und die intrinsische Motivation beleuchtet. Mit unterschiedlichen Personen geredet aus unterschiedlichen Abteilungen, um zu prüfen, ob der Bewerber passt. Faires und sehr sympathisch gestartet es Gespräch.
