I applied online and received a call from the Talent acquisition team to book a date for the interview . Interview was straight forward and technical.Both interviewers were amazing and engaging. I thoroughly enjoyed the interview with Alsyon within the beauty department, she made it feel casual and un-intimidating. The questions provided were not too complicated and they provided opportunities to widen the conversation and gain insight of the role and company. The only negative is that I was told I would be informed of the outcome within 2 weeks but it wasn't until I chased it up 4 weeks later that I was told I was unsuccessful - I felt disrespected after the effort I put into the preparation for the interview, especially after I complimented on the SWOT analysis I had prepared and was asked to send to the interviewer, after which I got no response which can only be seen as taking advantage of my eagerness to better the company.
