I applied online. I interviewed at NAB - National Australia Bank (Melbourne)
Interview
There was a four-stage process which involved (1) online assessment; (2) video interview; (3) engagement centre; and (4) offer/no offer.
The online assessment was a two-part test, one of which was a multiple-choice pattern quiz.
The video interview asks you to record yourself a number of responses - I would recommend planning ahead of time, in terms of how you present yourself, making sure your technical equipment is working, where you will do the interview, etc.
The engagement centre involves introducing yourself, participating in group activity/ies, as well as an induction on NAB and a site tour. This was the most interesting part of the process, as it gives you the opportunity of where you might be working and ask any further questions you have in mind.

Interview
There was the online assessment - psychometric testing etc., and then a group interview with other candidates. Soon after I received a call asking me when I would like to start and basic information. Most of the others from the group assessment started with me.
