After meeting with owner on many days and at 2 of his stores. I was told to log in at home and do 3 to 4 test so that he can see what it is that I know. So I went home did the online napa training at home. Napa is real big on there online training just like everyone else it's just about the same stuff as Carquest has you do. After doing the test I meet with owner once more and was told that i did very well on the all the test and he wanted to hire me all he offer me was 10.00hr I have over 15 years of doing this kind of work.

Straight forward, simple questions. They want to know what knowledge you hold on car parts/cars. They also want to see what your schedule looks like, whether you have school or other things outside of work, that they should know.

laid back straight forward. just tell them your experience! this a fast moving multitasking position. shops calls you for parts 80% of the business is there 20% regular walk in. this is a place that is different to autozone or advance auto parts that anybody can get in and they will give you a little training and put you to the floor. well this job since you are going to be talking to mechanics all the time you have to know your parts well.. if you do you will succeed in the company. you pull your own parts and give it to the driver for delivery.. you doing customer service all day.
