Applied for the job on LinkedIn and then about a month later I got called in for an interview. The interview was a one on one with the head of the marketing department and was fairly easy. Was told I would hear back by the end of the week, but I didn't so I sent a follow-up email. I got an automated response that she was going to be out of town for the next month and then after another follow-up email, I received a response about a month and a half later that the position was no longer.
