- phone call with a recruiter - phonecall with hr - tech call with the director engineering - on-site interview The whole process took around 3 months after sending my resume to the on-site interview. I had to meed with 3 teams of 2 people. Before the on-site interview, they asked me to provide them snippets from my previous work, which I totally refused, but the hiring manager keeps insisting on that, which was very strange! We discussed architecture, then a tech interview (nodejs), and then system design mostly related to db schema. The architecture interview was very odd, it looked like the guy doesn't like his job, because was throwing odd comments for the company. The second interview was ok The third one - the interviewers were so junior that they were having trouble explaining to me what exactly has to be achieved. I just lost 4 hours of my time. 4 months after the interview I still keep seeing the same job add, which is very strange!
