I applied via LinkedIn, received a response like a month or so later saying that I should complete a flowchart for a said program and send it back, seemed easy enough I sent it back and a few weeks later I got a face-to-face interview with two of their employees. The interview went over the task I had done and also some competency-based stuff. A few more weeks later, I got a call saying they were gutted they couldn't choose me but they had chosen another candidate.
