One that it is accessible but the con is that during the group interviews people just cut people off bc they are trying to get noticed by the recruiters. There are three rounds. 1. Application and cover letter 2. One way hire view video interview 3. Final round: Panel group interview and one on one interview. Tips; Focus on the job description and think of key moments in the past on how you show case certain skills and handled certain situations.
