The interview process was a single in-office interview with a committee of 3 people - line manager, director and HR manager. It was a simple question and answer interview, with some but not all competency questions. We reviewed the publication I would be working on and discussed my experience. Then there was a data entry and proofreading task which lasted 20 minutes.
