I applied online. I interviewed at NCC Education (Didsbury, England)
Interview
Had a chat about enthusiasm for IT and why I would want to get into IT.
I was also given a quiz to complete, but I was informed the results would not affect my chances of getting the job as they just want to see what level of knowledge I have and what they may need to teach me.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at NCC Education (Cape Town) in Jan 2015
Interview
Highly efficient process - was living in Durban at the time. After a few telephonic discussions, was flown down to Cape Town for an interview. Met by the recruiter and Global Sales Director who flew down from the UK. Was interviewed by the MD and Chairman of the Board, before an offer was made. All highly professional.
