I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NCQA in Sept 2025
Interview
FYI: NCQA's hiring process is on their website! Based on that, I think I followed a similar hiring process.
I applied for the job at the end of August 2025 and a few days later, I did a screening call with a recruiter. The questions were simple, although it seemed like the recruiter was just reading the questions from a list (often repeating questions that I had already answered). A few days after that interview, I was asked to submit a writing sample. I heard back again within a few days and was asked to conduct a panel interview (I think that was the final round of their interview process). The panel interview was nothing crazy (although I did prepare for it a lot), just the usual behavioral and technical questions one would ask for the position. Unfortunately, I had to wait a month (middle October 2025) before I found out that I did not get the position (I did send follow-up emails weekly) and I think waiting that long for a response probably should have been my sign of "I did not get this job."

Question 1
Tell us more about yourself.
How would you resolve a conflict with a team member?
How do you deal with conflict?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NCQA (Washington, DC) in Sept 2025
Interview
After submitting a writing sample, if asked to proceed, the next step is a panel interview. The questions were fair and geared more towards mentioning previous examples of how you resolved a problem, conflict, working with others, etc. Additional questions asked for examples of prior work and future goals.
