I had a 30 min. phone screen with HR at 8:00 am EST (Atlanta, GA). The call seemed to go well, a high level review of resume, standard pre-screen questions, discussed salary for the position and other opportunities within the company if this didn't result in an in person interview. Confirmed if I would receive an update either way regarding next steps, HR confirmed YES. Needless to say after (2) follow up emails and (1) phone call I have not received a reply. I don't understand why company's damage their brand by being UNPROFESSIONAL. It takes 30 seconds to send a boilerplate auto reply "thank you for interest but ...." email.
