Applied online on job portal. Got an email from HR to have a phonic interview 1 month later. Had a two hours phonic interview which was more of technical skill test and was difficult. It was group phonic interview. Then after 15-20 days got another call for one-one interview at the job location. It went well and was more of only HR round showing the work place, meet the colleagues etc. Then after 15 days got a job offer and i accepted it.

Interview basically test fundamentals and your zeal towards the company and position.
The hiring was done mainly by foreigner by uk engineers. So you should be conversant with slang of english they use. They have r&D center in UK Dundee
