I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NCR Corporation (Belgrade, Central Serbia)
Interview
It took some time to enter the selection process, but once I did, the process itself was prompt and efficient. I passed the qualification exam and was called in for the interview. Communication during the entire process was professional and pleasant. Hiring managers asked all the right questions. These questions gave me the opportunity to explain why I thought I would be a good choice for the job, and to explain the relevance of my previous experience and skills for the new position. In turn, their questions were also pointing out at what would be expected of me in the new job. The interview was conducted in a friendly atmosphere. They even asked the difficult questions gracefully, like 'what is your greatest weakness', etc. The interview was informative and pleasant. They made the decision and informed me as promptly as reasonable. And yes - I got the job!
