Interview was tough. 4 people. 3 of them asked normal questions (based on technical ability and management expertise) and one was in another world asking ridiculous questions. I was offered the job and then denied due to my CREDIT!!! I never realized they had the same hiring criteria as buying a house! Ridiculous. Horrible process considering they rescinded the offer 3 days before my start date! In the end it helped me filter out companies with ridiculous policies, such as this one! Their loss.
