1.Brief Phone interview
2. Written Test(.Net or Java)
3. Face to face Technical Interview: Questions were based on past projects and assignments. They asked me about the different projects, the role I played in each, my experience as a team player
the interview was quite straight forward, they ask me to do a set of questions in one hour, the questions covers basic programming problem and database and also IQ related questions.
Then two manager interviewed me and asked my experiences and what I have done before.

Interview
Process begin with 60 MCQ , 20 on selected programming language , 20 on sql and 20 logics based question, followed by face to face interview. Face to face interview conducted by senior staff. Focus of interview was mainly on past project, individual goal and profiling.
60 Mcq Qn. 20 on Java 20 on SQL 20 on IQ. and a face to face interview immediately after that. Finished the whole process within half a day. Friendly interviewers
