NCompass TechStudio interview questions

Group discussion was round one with simple common topics. Coding round two with 5 questions. 3 Data Structure and 3 database questions. Hackathon round three api / web development. Interview round four. Technical and HR questions.

I interviewed for a Software Developer Intern role at NCompass TechStudio through an on-campus drive. The process started with an online test that included coding questions and basic MCQs on JavaScript, SQL, and core CS topics. Shortlisted candidates had a technical interview where I discussed my projects, solved simple coding problems, and answered questions on web development and databases. The final round was with HR, focusing on availability and basic expectations. The process was smooth, and the interviewers were friendly. Overall, it was a good learning experience with moderate difficulty.
