NEAR interview questions

Worst interview experience of my career. The entire process consisted of 5 stages and included a take-home assessment that required more than 20 hours to complete. The entire process took 2 months due to the holidays. I received positive feedback at each stage from everyone. After completing the process, they informed me that the role was cancelled. After investing so much time and energy into the process, Near offered me $20 USD in Near tokens for my work on the written assessment. The only good thing is that the experience was so traumatic, I stopped looking for a job and started my own business. Do not listen to anything they tell you. It is a disorganized organization with roles posted that they have no intention of filling. Its a complete waste of time.
