Brief interview over the phone; interview was deemed unnecessary because of current employee recommendation. I also started work on a trial basis before being hired full time. The interview was very casual and conversational. They wanted to know what kind of position I was looking for and determined that there was a place I might fit in well, as the business was expanding.
