First had a phone screen by HR. Very standard STAR interview. Asked about past experiences base off resume. Overall, experience was poor due to misleading info provided by the interviewers about what comes after. They told me to expect a few more rounds and expect to hear back in one week, but radio silence for 2 weeks. After I called to ask, then they abruptly replied and no thank you with no explanation. Disorganized and unprofessional.
