Process took 3 weeks. The recruiter emailed me for an interview. I met with the hiring manager and the operations manager for the interview. They said they wanted to fill the position immediately but to ensure they select the proper candidate. Got an email three weeks later saying they wanted to move forward with the job offer. They sent me a background check and drug test document.
