Interview
They put you into groups of around 4-5 people, and you will get a bunch of readings before the assessment centre. Then on the day you will be given a problem statement and you have to brainstorm and come up with a presentation with your groupmates, while there are assessors assessing you and observing the whole group discussion process.
First stage was the Assessment Centre where you are grouped into groups of 5 and have to work together to solve a problem statement, followed by a presentation of your solutions with a Q&A section. Second stage was a panel interview with 3 interviewers.
A topic was given, and based on pre-reading materials, you are expected to come up with a resolution with your team. Once done, you will be brought to a separate Q&A session where you have to explain your thought processes.
