NIRSA interview questions

It was a good interview process. Started with a phone interview; then had a skills test. I was given a list of questions and had to write a response to each. Came in for a group interview and before I met the interviewer I was given a customer service related case sample and had to come up with a written response. Had 2 additional panel interviews before offered a job
