Interview
The interview process included three stages: an initial HR call, a technical interview, and a follow-up call with the Delivery Manager. During these stages, they asked about my professional background, technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and also discussed my experience with Python, Django, and related technologies.
Kind and helpful staff.
They try to reduce stress, and offer
another position when the applied one was declined.
The office is comfortable and nice to work and interview at.

Interview
I was told that I was not accepted because of someone with a better score, even though I was sure that I had done a dozen emails and test processes correctly. It was not nice to be dramatically ended with an e-mail.
