Interview
The actually interview was horrible. It was a panel interview there was the Human Resources, the manager of the assistant conductor, the instructor for the assistant conductor training and a union rep. So first personally I think the questions was a somewhat stupid. I initially told them I was a little nervous which they said was fine but then the instructor said well think on this question in a very condescending way. They give off this energy that they think they’re the so top tier or superior and they’re not. The funny part is I’m a current customer of the NJ Transit buses and I’ll like to know if they give this “prestigious “ interview to the bus drivers because most of the time they don’t even stop at your bus stop when you press the stop button.

Name a time when you had an emergency and had to drop everything and change up.
Multiple parts. Pretty easy assessment test. Hr is always there to answer questions. Very reliable.in person interview—just study job description. Make sure you know what it entails. They will always give ample time to prepare for each stage.
It was a panel interview. Pretty straightforward questions, mostly about previous job experience, and how that will help you in this job. It’s important to read over the job summary because they will ask questions about that as well.
