Firstly had a phone interview, then a technical test, then an iq test/personality test. Then a video interview. Each step was close to each other and was done in a reasonable manner. Then when it comes to after the video offer they were gonna give an offer or not by the end of the week or on monday. They then called on monday and said it would instead be delayed until the next day or maybe the day after. Then eventually on the wednesday they called and rejected me due to "communication skills", even though I emailed them multiple times throughout the process and they strung me around for 3 weeks.
