Interview
Approached by a company recruiter, tried to schedule a first contact that took 2 weeks. Had an introductory "chat" with her and set up a technical interview that went really bad and dragged on for quite a long time (more than 2 hours). Never heard back, even though they reassured me from the start that no matter the outcome, I would get feedback. I even contacted the recruiter via email to request any feedback and she never replied.

Interview
3 rounds of interviews: HR, technical with Team Lead, free conversation with IT manager and Head of Development. The HR interview was pretty basic, describe experience and education. Technical interview was easy, focused on algorithms, structure and problem solving. Technical interview is on paper, not at computer. My interview was pretty far back, as I understand there is a mandatory IQ test now.
