The selection process tends to span a period of six months, during which time applicants are expected to pass several tests, which include multi-task, situation based reasoning/common sense in both video and written format, psychological evaluations, and lie detector, and drug. Both interviews were in front of a panel, and involved questions that ask the applicant to draw on past experiences.
